Advice Associate / CSO / Future Financial Adviser

Pivot Wealth

We’re on the hunt for a gun associate / future financial adviser to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll be working closely with our senior advisers and advice team to support the delivery of financial advice to our clients. This role has a huge amount of growth potential, and will suit someone with a legendary level of attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn the ropes of what it takes to be one of the best financial advisers in our profession.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Advisers and the advice teams to onboard new clients and look after our existing clients
* Work closely with clients collecting and arranging the information we need to deliver an epic money plan
* Power the engine room by prepping for meetings and arranging follow-up meetings
* Work with our suppliers and partners to support the advice process
* Help with document preparation, management, and compliance reporting

Pivot Wealth is a small but fast growing, multi-award-winning privately licensed financial advice practice located in the Sydney CBD. Our two main points of difference are that firstly, they put delivering client results before everything else. And second, we don’t make their (mainly) young and rich-but-not-super-financially-literate clients feel dumb for not knowing how to decipher the overwhelming amount of knowledge you need to create true financial freedom and security. In short, we have great clients, deliver amazing results, and have a lot of fun doing it.

We’re looking to grow their team with someone that’s ready to really lean in and make a name for themselves in the firm, be ultra-assertive where needed to push their busy & time poor clients to take the action needed to drive the results they want, and at the same time become a key part of the money and life journey for a very special group of humans.
