Associate Adviser/ Adviser Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Adviser/Adviser Assistant to join our advisory team.
Working directly with James Wrigley servicing a growing book of diverse clients, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of exceptional client service. You'll gain experience working with a range of clients from high income families through to retirees and when the time is right we'll support your Professional Year program.

As the preferred candidate you will be required to:
act as the key point of contact for client queries from the assigned portfolio;
work collaboratively with the paraplanning and client service team to ensure the timely completion and implementation of advice documentation;
schedule and prepare for client meetings on behalf of the adviser;
ensure all advice documentation is compliant and in line with industry legislation, regulation and firm policies and procedures; and
assist in the on boarding of new clients and execution of growth plans.
To be successful in this position you will possess:
impeccable organisational and time management skills;
an excellent eye for detail;
strong written and verbal communication skills;
a genuine appreciation and desire to deliver exceptional client service;
initiative as evidenced by your ability to proactively address client requirements and generate appropriate solutions;
a sound understanding of administrative and technical processes;
be working towards or completed a FASEA approved degree (ideally).
