Key responsibilities

- Share trading via platforms (HUB24 & Netwealth) Ausiex, CMC Markets
- Advice Implementation - managed funds, platform applications
- Client communication via email and phone
- Report generation - quarterly and ad hoc
- Database Management - maintain client files on OneDrive/SharePoint/Xplan
- Process Improvement - identify opportunities & work on solutions

We are now on the look out for a new Client Relationship Manager for our soon to be launched Canberra office.


Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 2 yrs client relationship/admin experience with advice firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Office 365 skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Planner, Teams)
- Xplan (preferred) or other financial planning software
- RG146 compliant preferred
