Client Services Officer/Administration

The role

We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our advice team as well as provide general administration duties.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Greeting clients;
• Assist advisers with preparation for client meetings;
• Liaising with product providers;
• Receiving and making phone calls;
• Managing adviser calendars and client bookings;
• Preparing advice documents for advisers;
• Preparing fee disclosure statements;
• Traditional and social media marketing; and
• General office/reception duties.

Skills and experience

• An understanding of financial services industry;
• Office administration skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages (word, excel, powerpoint etc);
• Experience in dealing with clients;
• Organisational and time management skills;
• A genuine appreciation and desire to deliver exceptional client service.
