The role

A new role for a Client Service Officer / Front of House / Social Media & Marketing has opened up for our new office in Ascot Vale. Would suit Uni Student seeking Part-Time work. Role will be situation at Front of House, but also involve providing implementation support to the advice team, along with some social media and marketing such as creating contents, organising client events, etc.

Key responsibilities include greeting and acting as the first point of contact for clients (answering phones and reception duties, booking and coordinating appointments, administrative duties in running the office, filing) as well as client service responsibilities including database management, supporting Financial Advisers and Associates and implementation support, and social media and marketing tasks.

Skills and experience

Marketing and/or Finance Students, no genuine interest in career progression necessarily required, people skills and a desire to succeed and have fun along the way imperative.
