JOB OVERVIEW

We want to create tools that businesses can’t live without. While we have plenty of very exciting opportunities to roll our software out across the industry, it’s important that we don’t just ‘sell tech’, but that we support our customers in adopting and making the most of our tools.

We know the key ingredient to having the majority of the Australian advice market using our software is the success of our customers. And that’s where you come in.

Initially, you’ll be responsible for training and onboarding of new users for Advice Revolution’s Pro application throughout Australia. We are looking for a person on the ground to support our sales efforts by training and onboarding our growing number of users and ensuring the effective rollout of our tools across their team.

After the first 6 months, we would love to see this role expand into an inbound sales role.

Key Responsibilities
-Providing an exceptional training and onboarding experience to all new customers
-Improving the usage of our tools by existing customers
-Maintaining strong communication with our support team and ensuring the delivery of a remarkable experience to our users
-Reporting on usage statistics, sales activity and sales performance directly to the Head of Sales & CEO
-Ability to grow your responsibility into an inbound sales role with leads directly provided to you by central marketing efforts

Support

Experience required
-3+ years experience in customer service or sales
-Experience in either SaaS or Financial Services
-B2B sales experience is highly valued
-Xplan knowledge is highly valued

Frustrated with old-school fact find solutions and inefficient processes, we have built our own proprietary technology to streamline the back office of financial advice businesses while also making life easier for their clients.
