Financial Advice Superstar
Fox & Hare
An exciting opportunity for an experienced adviser to supervise and guide an existing base of around one hundred members. The lion’s share of the role falls to ensuring our members remain happy and engaged, with an eye to expand once they are settled.
We want to stress that there’s no business development required. All new leads will be provided.
Member management; attend member meetings, provide advice on saving and debt repayment strategies, superannuation and insurance as well as general tax strategies. You will explore financial options, build a plan and manage them on a month to month basis
Member Implementation; you will guide and manage Member Service Officers to deliver your members’ financial strategies. You will be accountable and responsible for the preparation of and sign off on advice documents
Guide and advise the advice management team as they respond to member enquiries, SOA’s, ROA’s, action plans and other documents as required
Professional development and maintenance of required qualifications.
Highly regarded boutique advisory; industry leaders in the provision of life-changing advice to a younger, exciting demographic. They’re on a mission to build and maintain lifelong relationships, helping younger Australians build the wealth they need for an exciting, fulfilled, and happy life
We are seeking a well-presented and well-spoken professional - able to build rapport with members and colleagues easily. You must possess the technical skills and experience to deliver a superior member experience throughout every step of your journey.
This is NOT a traditional advice role. You will be required to coach members through situations as diverse as planning for children, investing for the first time, and learning how to curb errant spending habits.
It will be your responsibility to guide members through the various “wealth accumulation” phases of their life - a far cry from the traditional pre and post-retiree-focused roles our industry is recognized for.
It is imperative that you understand and are prepared for this difference.
You should also possess:
3 - 5 years experience as an Adviser (ideal but not required for the right candidate)
Completed or on track to complete FASEA
CFP and FchFP will be highly regarded
A strong technical knowledge of superannuation, risk, and tax
Coaching skills and forward-thinking
Experience dealing with ‘wealth accumulators’ desirable
Financial modeling software experience as well as proficiency across MS Office
Strong compliance history
Ideally, you would be joining us with a background in banking, from a boutique firm or experienced as a phone-based adviser, looking to provide F2F advice. You may also be an Associate ready to step up. The key is your ability to “coach” your members every step of the way.
