What are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on leader to take responsibility for our offshore staff. As an integral part of our management team, you would enjoy supervising remote workers and motivating them to exceed expectations. The role would be the essential bridge between our valued clients and our talent pool, ensuring all deliverables are timely and of consistently high quality.

Some of our key expectations in how you would run your team are:

Daily “stand-up” meetings
Providing continuous guidance and training
Organising and allocating workflow
Clearly identifying what the client wants
Comfortable providing direct feedback
Encouraging staff with both the “carrot and stick”
Evaluating staff performance
Monitoring time-management and billable hours

Paraplanner (Australia wide)

We’re looking for a paraplanner who is as passionate about the industry as we are!

As this is a work from home position, there will be no one looking over your shoulder; you’ll need to be able to self-motivate and manage your own time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

We are looking for 30-40 hours per week (will consider 20+ hours for the right candidate)

As a paraplanner, you’ll be completing a range of documents for our clients, including:
– Statements of Advice
– Records of Advice
– Product research and comparisons
– Financial modelling
– Reviews.

Despite working from home, you won’t be on your own. You’ll be part of a team that offers great support and a wealth of knowledge to help you succeed. We have clear processes in place to ensure each member of the team knows what is expected of them and has ready access to the tools they need.

You’ll be able to choose your own hours; however, you will need to be available during business hours at least two days per week, in order to be able to communicate promptly and effectively with our clients.

Remuneration is based on an hourly rate plus home office allowance.

You will be 100% customer focussed, and partner aligned with referrals from great Financial Planners and all of your application processing and ongoing relationship reviews will be supported by our Mortgage Broker Assistant team.

Lydian Brokers will be engaging with clients and referral partners via video calls, phone calls and via integrations within Salestrekker allowing you to be working with a national customer base.

For all leads, our Mortgage Broker Assistants fully complete the customer pre meeting pack “My Vitality” report containing – Property, Income, Debt, Interest Rates and Credit Report details for the client.

Integrate your existing client relationships and network into the Lydian system to enhance and continue your personal loan book growth.

Broker must haves:

2yrs + Broking or Bank Lending experience
MFAA or FBAA membership
CertIV and/or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
Be understanding of the Financial Planning Industry and the Advice Process.
Be a people person.
Understand appropriate debt lending structures and strategies.

Successful recruits to Lydian will be professionally onboarded by our team seamlessly managing the Aggregator and Bank Accreditation transfers.
