The benefits of co-creating your business strategy with your team

During a week-long study trip at Stanford in the US, Julia spent 150 hours reading case studies to understand the characteristics of the most successful businesses. A common theme amongst ALL of these high calibre companies was a strong team culture.

Julia brought this concept back to Australia and implemented Light The House Strategy days for her team in their business ‘Lighthouse Capital’. These sessions have become the backbone of innovation for the business and the experience they build and deliver to clients.
